Siddagouda Patil, of Tungal, is the National President and founding face of the Kittur Kalyan Karnataka Sena. He has carried the long-felt anguish of North Karnataka — neglected districts, dry fields, and youth forced to migrate for work — and turned it into an organised, registered political voice.

His resolve is plain: the development of North Karnataka is the basic mantra (ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯೇ ಮೂಲ ಮಂತ್ರ). Under his leadership the party demands the extension of Article 371(J) to Kittur-Karnataka, a separate secretariat for all 14 NK districts, and our rightful share of river water.

ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸೇನಾ ಪಕ್ಷವು ನೆಲದಿಂದ ಮೇಲೇರುವ ಪಿರಮಿಡ್‌ನಂತೆ ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ — ಪ್ರತಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೂ ಧ್ವನಿ ಇರಲಿ, ಯಾವ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೂ ಜನರಿಂದ ದೂರ ಆಗದಿರಲಿ ಎಂಬ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ.

ಬೂತ್: ಅಡಿಪಾಯ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಮತಗಟ್ಟೆಗೂ ಒಂದು ಬೂತ್ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಣ್ಣಿಡುತ್ತದೆ.
ಗ್ರಾಮ: ಬೂತ್ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿ ನೀರು, ರಸ್ತೆ, ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಡಿತರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ.
ತಾಲೂಕು: ಗ್ರಾಮ ಘಟಕಗಳು ತಾಲೂಕು ಘಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ, ಇದು ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆಯ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಸಮನ್ವಯಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ: 14 ಉ.ಕ. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೂ ತನ್ನದೇ ಘಟಕ ಇದ್ದು, ನೇರವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನಾಯಕತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಈ ಬೂತ್-ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಸರಪಳಿ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ದೂರದ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಲ್ಲ, ನೈಜ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೂರಿಸಿಡುತ್ತದೆ.

The Kittur Kalyan Karnataka Sena is built as a pyramid that rises from the ground, so that every village has a voice and no decision is made far from the people it affects.

Booth (ಬೂತ್): The foundation. A booth committee for every polling booth, watching local issues door to door.
Village (ಗ್ರಾಮ): Booth committees come together at the gram level to take up water, roads, schools and ration concerns.
Taluka (ತಾಲೂಕು): Village units report to a taluka unit that coordinates campaigns and the padayatra route.
District (ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ): Each of the 14 NK districts has its own unit, feeding directly to the state and national leadership.

This booth-to-district chain keeps the party rooted in real grievances, not distant offices.

ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು, ಯುವಕರು ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರ ಪಾತ್ರ · Roles for Women, Youth & Farmers

ನಮ್ಮ ಚಳವಳಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಹೆಗಲ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊತ್ತವರಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲೂ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು: ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮನ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಬೂತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾರೆ — ಶಾಲೆ, ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ನೀರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಯ ಸುರಕ್ಷೆಗಾಗಿ ದನಿ ಎತ್ತುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಯುವಕರು: ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾಗದ ಯುವಕರು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಊರು ಬಿಡಬಾರದು. ಯುವ ಘಟಕಗಳು ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ, PMEGP ಮತ್ತು MSME ಜಾಗೃತಿ, ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುತ್ತವೆ.
ರೈತರು: ರೈತರೇ ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬು. ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ, ಘಟಪ್ರಭಾ, ಮಲಪ್ರಭಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹದಾಯಿ (ಕಳಸಾ-ಬಂಡೂರಿ) ನೀರಿನ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಪಾಲಿನ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಗಳಿಸಬೇಕು, ಉಪನಾಮದಿಂದಲ್ಲ.

Our movement belongs to those who carry North Karnataka on their shoulders. We make deliberate room at every level for three groups.

Women (ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು): In the spirit of Kittur Rani Chennamma, women lead booth and village committees — speaking for schools, hospitals, water and the safety of every household.
Youth (ಯುವಕರು): Our region's young people should not have to leave home to find work. Youth wings drive region-based jobs, PMEGP and MSME awareness, and the digital campaign.
Farmers (ರೈತರು): Farmers are the backbone. They lead the demand for our rightful share of the Krishna, Ghataprabha, Malaprabha and Mahadayi (Kalasa-Banduri) waters.

Leadership here is earned by service, not surname.

ನಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಲು ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲ — ಬೇಕಿರುವುದು ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಬದ್ಧತೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಪ್ರತಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಾಗಿಲು ತೆರೆದಿದೆ.

ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ 1 — ಸೇರಿ: ಫೋನ್, ಇಮೇಲ್ ಅಥವಾ ಇನ್‌ಸ್ಟಾಗ್ರಾಮ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿ.
ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ 2 — ಬೂತ್‌ನಿಂದ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ: ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮತಗಟ್ಟೆಯ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅದನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ.

The Kittur Kalyan Karnataka Sena is a young party — registered with the Election Commission of India under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (Reg. No. 56/087/2023-24/PPS-I, with effect from 29-04-2024).
